Cherries & Carrot Tops was a veg box delivery service created in 2020 to cater for lockdown supply needs. The brief included an approachable, quirky brand, clear and punchy advertising and a user friendly website and ordering system. Cherry ran the operation between 2020 and 2025 where she sold the company on to a local farm shop.
Understanding and adhering to the customer needs and user journey was an on-going process, and making the subscription service, returnable and refillable bottles and jars and local delivery routes user friendly was at the forefront of this project. Maintaining 5 star reviews throughout operation confirmed the success of the project.
